"People Defeated by Jubei"

Ozaki Koshiro

He was Jiyu's first schoolteacher and challenger. After his defeat, he realizes that what he wanted to do in life is to be a singer. He was introduced in episode 1.

Hariu Tessai

After Ozaki leaves, Tessai becomes Jiyu's schoolteacher. He falls in love with Jiyu, but gives up the thought when he realizes that she's Jubei II. After being beaten, he says he wants to live for love, and puts back his fake hair. He was introduced in episode 2.

Kanzaki Sanoyo and Kanzaki Ugoro

These two guys remind me of Laurel and Hardy. They become Jiyu's new schoolteachers after Hariu-sensee. Both of them make a good team in the battle, but are no match for Jubei II and Shiro. They decide to become pharmacists in Naniwa. He was introduced in episode 3.

Tenchi Muyonosuke

I have no idea where this person came from. He is a crudely drawn cartoon character with a runny nose. He just shows up at Jiyu's door one night. Although he just runs away after being defeated, we eventually see him where he rightfully belongs: in a comic book. He was introduced in episode 4.

Tsumura Tenryo and Tsumura Mikage

Mikage, a.k.a. Francoise, is explained in depth in a section devoted to her. Tenryo, a.k.a. Mick, is her husband. Tenryo is somewhat of a clumsy fellow who knows how to write in both Finnish and Portuguese. Unlike most of the people in the show, he shows likings to Sachi, despite being married. He is also very sensitive and was hurt by Jiyu's screaming at him. After his defeat, he ends up an environmentalist. They were introduced in episode 5.

Okuma Jinza

Jinza is the second to last assassin sent by Hajime to defeat Jiyu. Jinza was very patient and was very willing to talk to Jiyu about the motives of the attacks. After his loss, which occurred a day after their first encounter, he goes off to Tokyo and becomes a security guard. He was introduced in episode 6.

Migojo Hattori

Hattori is the last assassin that Hajime sends out. He looks a lot like Mickey Mouse and commands an army of ninjas. He and his army are extremely dumb though, and were easily fooled by Jiyu when she dressed up as Jubei II. He was introduced in episode 8.
