Hinastar, a Love Hina site

Welcome to Hinastar.com, a fan-made site for Love Hina. If you haven't noticed already, this site is fully theme-able, in that you can use any of my previously designed layouts to suit your viewing needs (just click the theme gallery link on top!). Everything on this site was either written by me, made by me, or collected by me. I probably own way too many Love Hina media stuff, but that's because I believe it's one of the best series ever made. And since I have so much "stuff," much of what you see on this site will be taken from primary sources, so hopefully it'll be unique and accurate!

Let's see, there are brief summaries of the episodes, lists of all the Love Hina (and Love Hina Again, the OVA) music CDs, DVDs (that I have), brief biographies of the Love Hina characters, tidbits written by me, as well as the Love Hina song lyrics and translations for all the vocal songs from Love Hina. There are also goodies, and as usual, the standard links and site information pages, as well as the guestbook (please sign!).

So without much ado, take a look around. You can always email me if you have any questions, ne?

Jul. 21, 2005: Love Hina Endless DVD Box and Love Hina Novel #2 are posted in 'scribbles.

Jun. 15, 2004: It's been almost a full year since I've actually done anything with this site and it's various sections. Hinastar has been keep in statsis, and the last update to my journal was almost a year ago. Once I get my new PowerMac, I'll start doing some design updates. In the meantime, I have been working another journal for the past six months...

Apr. 23, 2003: UPDATE (5/6): Their web page has been updated with information about each character, a Flash version of a minigame ("Gotcha Gotcha Action") and a wallpaper.

Konami Japan has released page detailing the new PS2 Love Hina game. A feature of the game is that you can control 3D rendered characters as they move in and about the Hinata Inn, in addition to your typical dating-sim style with talking pictures (fully voiced). And just to say off the bat, like most games, I don't think it will be translated into any other languages. None of the other Love Hina games have, so I doubt this one will. You can buy it from NCSX for $60, but you'll either need a Japanese console or a modded one with a recent mod-chip to play it (not to mention understanding Japanese). Lastly, I'll write up a little review when I get and play it at the end of next month.

Apr. 5, 2003: Sorry for the delay. Spent the past week and a half beating FFX-2 twice over since I didn't agree with the ending I got the first time and as such, I haven't been doing anything else. Anyway, review and listings of Yui Horie's new album is up. It's an okay album, but probably not a must get unless you're a die-hard Yui Horie fan. If you want to sample some of the songs, Starchild (publisher of the CD) has clips of every song on the CD.
