Episode 13: The First Kiss Tastes Like Lemon? Marshmallows? Grown-Up Synopsis In her boredom, Kitsune decides to spy on Naru and Keitaro in Keitaro's room by making peep holes. She invites Su and Shinobu. They catch Keitaro trying to kiss Naru, but his plans get foiled and Kitsune, Su, and Shinobu get caught peeping. However, that gets Shinobu thinking about getting her first kiss and wondering about how it feels like. She asks her friends about getting kisses. At night, she draws herself in an embrass with Keitaro. Kitsune looks over her shoulder to see this and offers Shinobu lipstick. Shinobu then goes over to the teahouse where Keitaro and Naru are. After a short conversation, Keitaro discovers Shinobu's wearing lipstick. Shinobu runs away, but feels happy about being discovered. The next day, she sees that Akiko and Su have become really good buddies. She plays with them for a while but gets upset when she overhears Keitaro call them "kids." Su and Akiko follow her and tell her that if she can tie a knot in a cherry, it means she's a good kisser. At the same time, Su presents her new kissing machine, Mr. Cherry. Shinobu runs away, and Mr. Cherry attacks both Kitsune and Motoko, and eventually gets destroyed by Motoko. Akiko tries to console Shinobu by giving her a kiss, but it has adverse effects. Finally, Shinobu goes and talks to Keitaro, but Keitaro doesn't get the hint that Shinbo wants to get a kiss from him. After she retreats back in the room, Su gives her a kiss, which angers Shinobu.
