Lyrics: RAMUNE Iro no Natsu (Summer of Soda Pop Colors)
Note: I personally translated these songs from the printed lyrics, so they should be pretty accurate. However, I'm not a native speaker so they might be off somewhat (but I'll do my best! Ganbarimasu!). And until this notice changes, please do not take these lyrics. I'm going to wait a while and review them later for correctness and do not want my "rough drafts" to be posted. I will at some point submit them to other directories like animelyrics.com, but only when I've had a second chance to look at them! Also, please read my romanzi translation guide for romanzi information.
nan ka IYA na koto bakari tsuzuku kibun de
tonari no shibahu ga hora aoku mieteru
There's feeling that only bad things will continue.
The grass on the other side of the fence, look, it's (showing) green.
tsumannai kao wa suiyoseru zishaku mitai suiyoseru
mata atarashii yuuutsu no tane
The bored faces collect like how a magnet collects.
Yet again, a new seed of depression.
[1]da kara RAMUNE iro no natsu no sora miagenagara
ichiban atsui taiyoo kanzinagara
sawagedashite yukoo hazyagitai kimochi
1 MIRI mo kakusanai de
Therefore, while the sky of the soda-pop colored summer is above,
while feeling the hottest sun,
let's go clamor about. (This) energetic feeling,
don't hide even an ounce of it.
[2]mizugi no shiroi ato to natsu no omoide
nokoshite okoo ima shika nokosenai kara
GURASU no SOODA no awa ga kieru yoo ni
natsu ga toorisugite hazikeru mae ni
The tan lines from a bathing suit and the memories of summer,
because the only thing we can do is leave them behind, let's do that.
Like how the bubble in a glass of soda disappears, the summer passes by before it pops.
ASUPHUARUTO no ue ni wa yureru shinkiroo
mayotte bakari no hora kokoro mitai ne
On top of the asphalt, (there's) a wavy mirage.
It only wanders aimlessly, look, (it's) like my heart, right?
kuchi zya tsuyoki no kuse shite ne musyakusya shite nayandari
kawaritai to negau no ni
A habit of being blunt, to be irritated, and troubled,
that's what I wish to change.
dakara RAMUNE iro no natsu no sora miagenagara
ichiban atsui taiyoo dakishimetara
sawagedashite yukoo oikake yukoo
kawaita kaze ni hukare
Therefore, while the sky of the soda-pop colored summer is above,
while embracing the hottest sun,
let's go clamor about. Let's take pursuit of it,
(like) the blowing of the changing wind.
senrowaki no himawari to SEMI no koe to
SANDARU no suashi to asatsuyu no iro o
kono mune no naka ni yakitsukete ikoo
kyo wa ni-do to nai kirameki da kara
The sunflower near the railroad tracks and the voice of the grasshopper,
the open-toe sandals and the color of morning dew,
I'll bake them inside this heart.
It's sparkling so there won't be another day (like today).

Translation Notes
- "1 MIRI" is something like "1 millimeter" (MIRI = milli). Being that we use the English system here and that it's a popular phrase, I just used "one ounce."
- "mizugi no shiroi ato" literally means "the white mark of a swimsuit" which, as you can guess is just a tan line.
- "SANDARU no suashi" is literally "barefoot sandals," which really doesn't make sense (if you have bare feet, how can you have sandals?)
