If you want some really nice Love Hina art to look at, you definintely need to get these books. I got my TV Navigation guides from Kinokuniya and Art Collection from Anime Nation. They're not out of print, so should be easy to find (try Amazon.co.jp too).

Contains: A cel print (Naru in front of Tokyo U), poster gallery, description of intro video with singer interview and sheet music, character profiles and voice actor/actress interviews, staff interviews, character design sketches, and episode summaries of 1~13.

Size: ~8"x12" 111 pages (yes, same).
Contains: A cel print (Naru in hot springs), illustration gallery, more character profiles, descriptions of specific scenes, more voice actor/actress interviews (with those not included in vol. 1), more sketches, and episode summaries of 14~24. (Bonus: Love Hina cut-out standees)
