Hooray! I'm done with the guestbook in its entirely and it is now LIVE, up and running on my web site. Let me just say that I'm never doing client side web programming every again! (this includes javascript and java applets). They are such a pain in the ass because I'm anal about testing my programs on every browser, and it usually breaks on one of the systems I test it on.
Yesterday night, I finally got to meet the guy who lives next door to me. It turns out that he and I are the only two people who can speak Chinese on this floor. Very neat. He was also very impressed by my little stash of Anime DVDs in my room. Ha ha, at least I haven't shown him my posters (which are in a tube back at home) nor the picture of my room last year with all those life-sized Sailormoon posters!
