Nothing seemed to go right today. This morning, I got up and did some homework. As usual, I glanced over my Japanese vocab words and was planning on looking over them at school when I got there (I usually get to school about 10-15 minutes before class starts). So I leave my place at 11:00 for the bus stop which is like a 3 block walk. When I'm approaching the street that the bus runs on, I see my bus just past me. Darn. I have to wait for the next bus. The problem is that the next bus didn't come for about 25 minutes! At around 20 or so minutes of waiting, I realized that might not have time before class to look at my vocab. So I pull out my list at the bus stop. However, before I was done looking at them, the bus comes. I get on the bus and don't read for the whole trip (I get sick reading on busses). And so I proceed to use my MetroCard, but guess what? The card reader spits it out with an error! So I'm up at the front of the bus trying to get the thing to work (meanwhile, grabbing a lot of attension), but it just wouldn't work! Fortunately, the bus driver was nice enough to just le tme pass. But that was not the end of my ordeals. On the bus ride, it seemed like EVERY STOP had an old lady getting on or getting off the bus. So annoying. I eventually got to school being about a minute late. So I hadn't finished looking at my vocab list and got screwed on the vocab test. Very frustrating.
