According to a few ranking charts, this CD is also a pretty good seller like the previous two. The format is the same with 3 music tracks; one karaoke, one regular and one remix. It also has a brief introduction and a mini-drama along with the cast talking. This CD is different in that rather than just having one character, it has the three characters from the Library Exploration Club, Nodoka, Yue, and Haruna. The first pressing includes a Nodoka tarot card.

The drama in this CD is okay. The girls are searching for a cheerleading book at the request of Sakurako. They find some "sketchy" books and fall into the traps of the library. Not really exciting, but the voice actresses match their characters pretty well. One of my up and coming favorite seiyuu, 能登麻美子 (Mamiko Noto) plays Nodoka and 桑谷夏子 (Natsuko Kuwatani) plays Yue; she plays Kanako in Love Hina and has a really distinguishable voice. So I do have some bias.

The vocal is different that what I expected. It's a really slow song, solemn-sounding tune and feels like something you can waltz to. The lyrics follow the theme of the 3 students, so overall, it's pretty good. The remix adds some more instruments making it sound more modern.

Finally, the cast talk, the three girls talk about more about how they would confess their love, kinda like what Nodoka has to do. I prefer some "behind-the-scenes" talk like the previous two CDs though.
