With the DVD release coming out later this month, I wanted to see if it was worth getting. While I'm not over-the-top enthused about this series, it's funny and has qualities that I would enjoy in animated form, so the DVD box is still on (pre-)order. Kirie should take a chill-pill though, a little too violent there.
First four pages are colored. There's also an extra chapter not related to the plot where they mix Japanese folklore with the characters of Girls Bravo.
1. 佐々木雪成 (Yukinari Sasaki) is an undersized boy for his age and has a fear of girls because they've always picked on him for his size. He comes home one day and goes to take a bath when he finds that his childhood female friend, 桐絵 (Kirie), is currently occupying the bath. She punches him, causing him to fall into the tub of water where he then warps into another bath in a distant world. In that bath, he meets an innocent young girl, Miharu who explains to him about her country. She lives in the land of Selen where there are only females. The other girls catch wind of this and come after Yukinari, so Miharu and Yukinari take a dive in the bath again and end up back on Earth in the bathroom again, interrupting Kirie's washing.
2. Miharu is staying with Yukinari, but he keeps her in his room so that his parents doesn't find out. While he's out at school, Miharu gets bored and decides to go outside. She finds her way to the school where she catches the attention of the guys there. Yukinari hears of this and runs to find Miharu before anything bad happens. In his panic, he goes into the girl's changing room as well as bump into Kirie and land in an awkward position.
3. Miharu takes Yukinari and Kirie to a supposed hot springs. There, they meet the ghost who years to be embraced by a guy. After some indecision, Kirie allows her body to be possessed and embraced by Yukinari so that the ghost's wishes can finally be fulfilled.
4. 福山和春 (Kazuharu Fukuyama) is the popular guy in class. This Valentine's though, despite having every other girl drool over him, he wants to get chocolates from Miharu. While Miharu is giving her homemade chocolate to Yukinari, Kazuharu steps in and intercepts the delivery. At first, Yukinari acquiesces, but Kirie later tells him that Miharu tried her best to make the chocolates, so he decides to fight the tall and handsome Kazuharu for it.
5. A new girl is coming to Yukinari's school. The night before, according to her horoscope, the person she'll fall in love with will have a checked handkerchief, bandaid on his face, and a special keyholder. The next day on her way to school, she bumps into Yukinari who has all those characteristics. She makes it know that she loves Yukinari at her self-introduction. The others find out that he's Lisa, Kazuharu's little sister.
6. For someone who used to disliked by girls, he's got a full plate with Lisa and Miharu. During dinner, when he realizes that he and Miharu could be a happy couple, his confidence increases. However, Lisa then enters his house and competes Miharu for his attention causing ruckus and havoc.
