I think this story is really going to slow. There's some more development with Kazune and Michiru, and a little romance between Karin and Kazune. However, it doesn't feel like anything significant happened in this volume.
Bonus comes with a postcard. It has the translucent cover like previous issues and an short omake comic. (Previous two sentences cut 'n' pasted from last volume's).
